Unconditional love......from George

George is our cuddle pup. He is always trying to get in the middle of Randy and I while we are in bed. This night he was victorious.

Too funny!

I thought this picture was halarious. Belle's nose was to big to fit in the cup and lick at the sametime so she had to take some drastic measures.

Our pups...

Please mommy can I?

I need my beauty sleep!

Poor, poor pitiful me...

Sneak Peek!

All right, I give you a peek of what Randy and I are trying to finish in between work, school, church, etc...

We started these book shelves because we have ruined about 4 "Walmart" bookshelves since we got married. And I was sick of have all of our books on the floor because the bookshelves felt as though they needed to compete with the "Leaning Tower of Pisa". Keep in mind they are not entirely complete, but we are getting close. I will post a picture of the final product.

Before construction...long before

A work in progress....

MS 150

This summer Randy decided to ride the MS 150. It is bike "tour" in two parts. The first day you ride 100 miles from Amarillo to Canadian. Then second day you ride from Canadian to Shamrock. Randy and Stoney rode the first day, 100 miles! I could not believe it. I was the water girl. I would go up 10 miles, park, and then wait. I supplied the water and snacks. It was a beautiful trip and I have to say I have never seen a pretty part of country (in Texas) than I did that day. Unfortunately, Randy got a flat tire 2 miles from the finish line and was unable to cross the line on his bike. I am very proud of him! He did an awesome job!

Our first anniversary

Randy and I celebrated out 1 year anniversary yesterday, Sept 29th! We actually celebrated on Friday night because he had to work Saturday, but we had a lot of fun. We had a helicopter ride planned but because of the high winds we had to postpone to a later date. However we ate dinner at the outback, watched a movie and had a free night at the Ambassador. It was great, it was like mini vacation!
This picture is not from our wedding day, honeymoon or anniversary. This is a trip we took to Tennesse. The Mississippi River is behind us! It was quite a sight! We went to Tennesse to pick up a lawn mower and while on the trip did a little sight seeing. My favorite part was camping up the first night. We was beautiful and the weather was perfect. After that night it rained the entire time and made the driving pretty hard. Enjoy!

I know.....I'm a slacker!

What can I say...there is not enough time in the day! It seems like I start a project every other day and never really finish it. It justify not posting any new pictures I have list what projects Randy and I have started. I planted grass and guess what....It is actually growing!!! I could not believe my eyes. I planted it on a Tuesday night after work and then the next Tuesday I woke up and there was grass. I was so excited I woke up Randy and told him "we have grass!" I then proceeded to call mom and dad and tell them my exciting news. Needless to say I wake up in the morning and water, I come home for lunch and water, I come home after work and water and before bed I water. It will all be worth it!!! Randy and I also started building some massive book shelves in our dining area. We have 75% of them done. I will post pictures we they are complete, cause they are just beautiful. Randy does good work. I am still trying to complete my transcription course, work 9-10 hour days, have primary meeting weekly, take care of our dogs (who seem to go to the vet on a regular basis), and try to keep house. Randy tells me that I need to not working so hard because it makes him feel nervous. I just laugh and say well I have got things to do. I don't know that I can just sit around and do nothing for more than an hour. Like I said there are not enough hours in a day! I will get new pictures posted so I promise. Hope all is well with everyone!!

My First Fish

This is the first fish I have every caught by myself. During the family reunion Brady, Randy, and I decided we would drive up to Eleven Mile Canyon and try a little fishing. Randy decided to let me have a try while Brady was trying to fish his fishing pole out of the river. It was hilarious! Randy had to hold Brady by his feet while Brady reached out to grab his fishing pole that flew off the reel when he was casting. I guess you had to be there to get the hole picture. Anyway, I was watching them and all of the sudden I felt something pulling on my pole and to my surprise it was a fish rather than a stick and some sea weed. Brady got so excited, probably more so than me, and help me bring the fish in. We had a fun time. Since then Randy and I have taken up the hobby of fly fishing. Too bad we don't live closer to some water. We practice casting alot in our front yard, but it is not the same as if you were on the water.

Beautiful Idaho!

We love Idaho! Randy will be applying to ISU pharmacy whenever he has completed all of his pre-reqs, with hopes of getting accepted. We are only applying there so we can be closer to the mountains, fishing, and beautiful Idaho. Who couldn't love Idaho, look at those mountians! Idaho is not our only option, we just like it there.

Catching up...

Well I have alot of photos no one has seen. This is Brady in his Graduation outfit. He was so happy that this part of his life was over. I don't blame him. He sure does look HAPPY! Congrats on graduating Brado!

Our little family

This is our little family. Corney, I know, but I do love my pups almost as much as I love Randy! We have Belle, the yellow lab. She is our princess. She gets everything she wants. Then there is Mary Ann, the black lab mix. (She was named after Mary Ann on Gilligan's Island.) She is our high maintenance and jealous dog. She has to be the center of everyone's attention, yet she is the most obedient. George comes next. His is our loyal dog. He never leaves our side. He lays under our feet while we are sitting on the couch and when I am washing the dishes he lays behind me at my feet. He is our cuddle pup. Aren't they cute?!
